1. Application Fee: The application fee is mandatory and non-refundable under any circumstances. It applies to all defined categories.

2. Application Completeness: Incomplete applications will not be considered for evaluation or selection.

3. Notification of Selection: Selected participants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the specified time frame. Failure to confirm may result in the expiration of the scholarship.

4. Use of Submitted Materials: By submitting the application, participants grant the organizers the right to use their name, biography, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.

5. Personal Information Handling: Personal information provided in the application will be used solely for evaluating the application and organizing the Leadership Forum Saudi Arabia. The organizers will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

6. Selection Process: The selection of delegates will be conducted by an independent panel of judges, including high-profile board members and direct involvement by the United Nations Switzerland. The outcomes are final and non-negotiable.

7. Dispute Policy: Participants are not permitted to dispute the fee if they are not selected for scholarship categories. The organization reserves the right to counter any disputes, and the applicant is responsible for their loss.

8. Scholarship Categories: There are designated seats available in Fully-Partially and Self-Funded scholarships.

9. Liability and Safety: "EduTourism for Unity" is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are expected to follow safety regulations and instructions. However, the organizing team will be available to provide assistance in any matter.

10. Legal Agreement: By participating, participants agree not to pursue legal action against the organization for the denial of application fee refunds and commit to refraining from engaging in oral, visual, or auditory defamation of the organization. Violations of this provision will lead to legal consequences.
